Although no two assignments are the same, Consultech employs a proven search and placement methodology, designed to maximize effectiveness, while retaining flexibility.
Business Outline
Before initiating a search, Consultech works with the Client to form a better understanding of the firm's business requirements. Additionally, we need to have complete information about the Client's Information Systems (HW, SW, major applications, etc).
Define Client Needs
Our search and screening process is most effective when we understand the Client's requirements and the primary goals/responsibilities of the position. This can be provided directly by the client or through discussion, we'll define a profile of optimal professional skills, previous experience and personal qualities required.
Conduct Search
Consultech carries out a search of our specialized database as well as initiating a new search based on the specific requirements of the position.
Advertising
If necessary, Consultech can advise the Client on the most appropriate medium for specialized advertising. We have contacts within computer as well as general publications, plus we're able to design and produce high-impact advertising copy.
Selection Procedure
Consultech will interview and screen all potential candidates for the target position. The qualifications of these candidates are then compared to the requirements of the position. Those who most closely meet these requirements are then forwarded to the Client for review.
Present Candidates
Consultech will prepare and send all information about the candidates, which the Client requires for their evaluation. This can include a Resume (CV), salary expectations, availability, references, or our own evaluation of the candidates' personal and professional characteristics.
Interviews
After the client has an opportunity to review the information, we can provide further information as needed or Consultech will arrange interviews with selected candidates at the Client's convenience. Those candidates selected for interview, will be briefed by Consultech as to the nature of the company and the vacancy.
